Idalmis Quintana

Idalmis has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Havana.  She has been in healthcare for under one year and chose this path because she enjoys helping individuals and their families during challenging times.  Working in Social Services allows her to support residents, guide families and contribute to their overall well-being.  Her favorite part of the job is being able to support residents and their families in moments when they need guidance and reassurance.  She enjoys helping them navigate their care, answering their questions and ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.  In her spare time, Idalmis enjoys reading, watching movies and traveling with her family and close friends.  These activities help her relax, stay connected and create meaningful experiences outside of work.  She is dedicated to providing compassionate support and always willing to learn in order to better serve the residents and their families.
