Jacqueline was born in Homestead, Florida . She graduated from Fort Sam Houston as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Her passion for Nursing began with the training received at Brooke Army Medical Center . Jacqueline then pursued her Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing.
