Lellany Tellez, HRD

Lellany attended Miami Dade College and has been in healthcare for ten years.  As a believer in employee care, HR truly drives her, and she recognizes that “it's not all about just the policies and procedures but also about the people.”  Being an open ear for her staff motivates them, letting them know they matter while ensuring that all company standards are met.  In her spare time, she enjoys watching a good series.  She is a highly motivated HR Professional with a strong employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance background.  She is adept at managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.  She has excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
