Xinyu Wu, RDN

Xinyu attained a master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. This employee began working in healthcare after graduating in May 2025, having completed prior clinical training and supervised practice during the academic program. She was drawn to dietetics because of her strong belief in the therapeutic power of food and her passion for helping individuals establish healthier, sustainable relationships with food.  Her favorite part of the job is supporting residents' nutritional needs, enhancing their quality of life, and providing nutrition education.  Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, photography, and quiet getaway trips
