October 9th-10th at 2:00 pm – Space Week! (Main Dining Room)
Join us as we explore space in a fun-filled week with fun activities (and cosmic goodies) and feature some of our favorite space movies. Residents can paint galaxies and planets in arts and crafts or join us for some fruit rockets in a cooking class while we laugh and make memories that are out of this World.
October 18th at 2:00 pm – Wear Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness (Main Dining Room)
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is held in October every year. It aims to promote screening and prevention of the disease, affecting one in eight women in the United States annually and 2.3 million women worldwide. Residents and staff show their support by wearing pink as we raise awareness in our fight against Breast Cancer and celebrate those survivors. Live entertainment and light refreshments will be served.
October 31st at 2:00 pm – October Birthday GLOW Party (Main Dining Room)
Get ready to GLOW. It’s sure to be bright, so dress to impress in Neon and White. Staff, residents, and families, please join us in an Epic Glow Party as we celebrate our October birthdays in Spooky fashion. Live DJ and light refreshments will be served.
