Shelia Melhbaum

Sheila Melhbaum began as a volunteer at Coral Reef's Recreation Department. After completing school for Medical Biller and Coder, was hired to work in Medical Records. She quickly worked her way up to Social Services Assistant and Marketing Liaison. She took a career break during COVID to raise her children and returned now as Director of Recreation. Sheila leads a dedicated team in providing meaningful recreational programming to all residents at Coral Reef. She oversees all major events as well as Volunteer Services. Sheila states that the best part of her job is providing quality of life for all residents during their stay, and she is proud of the work accomplished daily.
