When Tania was in Cuba, she was a doctor. When she transitioned to the United States, she pursued becoming a nurse. She has been in nursing for 50 years. What she loves most is compassion for her patients and helping others. Her favorite part of her job is teamwork. Her dream for personal time is sitting on a beach enjoying a good book.
